The Sonoma County Fire Chiefs Association is an organization of leaders from various fire service agencies across the county who represent the local firefighting community as a whole. We work to unite and represent Sonoma County’s Fire Service Agencies in our efforts to maintain and improve the delivery of fire and EMS throughout all of Sonoma County.

Mission:

To Unite, Coordinate, and Represent all Fire Service Agencies of Sonoma County

Vision:

  • We believe we should work together whenever possible and commit to make that happen.
  • We acknowledge our limited resources and understand the importance of sharing specialized expertise to benefit the County.
  • We understand the need to provide career development to our subordinates in order to keep the fire service leadership strong.

  • We recognize that to remain effective in providing services, we must be active in political activities at the local, state, and national arenas
